All lost items from the water park, ski center, and cottages are kept at Serena. Please note that it may not always be possible to process lost & found requests by phone, so we recommend submitting your inquiry through the form below. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 1-3 days.
The shop serves as both the water park’s information desk and the ski rental office for the ski center. During the summer, entry to the water park shop requires a valid entrance ticket. However, if arranged in advance, lost items can be brought to the ticket office for pickup.
If needed, found items can also be shipped via Finnish Post. If you prefer to have your lost item mailed rather than picked up, please let us know.
