Details
Wrist-bands. Guests receive a magnetic wristband on arrival, used for park access and cashless payments for food, drinks, and services. Payments are accepted in cash or by Visa and Mastercard. Lost wristbands incur a €100 fee; failure to pay may result in notification to the authorities.
Lockers. Lockers in the changing rooms are equipped with centralized locks, activated by a magnetic wristband. Each ticket includes one locker for every two adults.
Parking. A spacious parking area with approximately 600 spots—both covered and uncovered—is available just in front of the entrance. Parking is subject to a fee, and overnight parking is not allowed. Vehicles displaying a valid disabled parking pass (yellow lines) are exempt from the charge.
Sunbeds. Sunbeds are available for rent, offering visitors a comfortable place to relax and unwind between attractions.
Umbrelas. Guests can rent umbrellas in designated areas for added comfort and shade. Sunbeds and umbrellas in the summer zones will be available from June 2025.
Shop. Within the park, you'll find a variety of accessories to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable day, including swimwear, flip-flops, sunscreen, toys, snacks, and much more.
Medical services. The park has a dedicated medical service on-site, with trained staff available for emergencies. A first aid station is also available for minor injuries or health concerns, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all guests.
Hygienics. The park prioritizes hygiene and cleanliness, with regular cleaning of restrooms, changing rooms, and common areas to maintain a safe environment. Strict health protocols are followed, particularly in high-traffic areas like pools and slides. Hand sanitizing stations are conveniently located throughout. For hygiene reasons, animals are not permitted on the premises.
