Wrist-bands. Every visitor receives a smart wristband that unlocks lockers, grants access to different zones, and allows cash-free payments for food and extra time. Just tap and enjoy—no wallet needed!
Lockers. Free electronic lockers are available for visitors, accessible with the wristband given upon entry. This wristband also provides access to the facility and allows for cashless payments.
Parking. The complex offers 233 paid parking spaces, including spots for disabled visitors and electric vehicles.
Sunbeds. Sunbeds are available in the wellness area, providing visitors with a comfortable space to relax and unwind.
Umbrelas. Umbrellas are provided in the outdoor areas, offering visitors a comfortable spot to relax while enjoying shade and protection from the sun.

Hygienics. Visitors are required to shower before entering the pools, and the water is treated with UV technology to reduce chlorine use. Changing rooms also require visitors to dry off before entering.
Toddlers
Aquacentrum Šutka in Prague offers excellent facilities for toddlers, including a learning pool with a depth of 40-90 cm and a temperature of 30.1°C, ideal for babies from 6 months old. There's also a toddler pool with a shallow depth of 20 cm and a play area featuring a small red slide. The aquapark provides group swimming classes for infants and toddlers up to 5 years old in the learning pool.
