Lockers. Lockers are available at Aquaventure Waterpark for guests to store their belongings securely while enjoying the attractions. Prices vary based on size, with larger lockers costing more. Access is cashless, using your wristband for easy storage and retrieval without the need for keys.

Parking. Free parking for visitors. Guests can park at Atlantis The Palm resort, which provides ample parking spaces for both day visitors and hotel guests. There are both outdoor and indoor parking options available.

Sunbeds. Sunbeds are available for guests to relax and enjoy the sun. These sunbeds are typically located around the park’s pool areas, near the beach, and in various lounging spots.

Umbrelas. Umbrellas are available at Aquaventure Waterpark to provide shade and protection from the sun. These are typically located around the sunbeds and pool areas. Some complimentary umbrellas are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, but for guaranteed shade, especially during peak times, you can also reserve premium umbrellas along with the premium sunbeds for an additional charge.

Shop. The park features a variety of shops located throughout, offering souvenirs, swimwear, snacks, drinks, and other essentials for your convenience.

Medical services. Medical services are available on-site, with trained staff and first aid facilities ready to assist with any emergencies or health issues during your visit. For more serious concerns, nearby hospitals and medical centers are easily accessible.
