Wrist-bands. Wristbands are used as part of the access system, provided to guests upon check-in. These wristbands grant unlimited access to the water park during the stay, and also serve as room keys. Additionally, they can be used to charge purchases to the room.

Lockers. Secure lockers are available for visitors to store their belongings. Upon entry, you’ll receive an electronic chip that provides access to your locker, serves as a room key, and allows for cashless payments throughout the facility.

Parking. Convenient parking is available just a few meters from the entrance, offering easy access for visitors. While the parking area is not guarded, additional parking options are nearby, including spaces near Hotel Bohemia for both short-term and long-term parking, as well as another 24/7 parking area near the railway station.

Sunbeds. Comfortable sunbeds are available for relaxation, particularly in the outdoor areas, during the warmer months when the outdoor pools and facilities are in operation. Availability may vary depending on the season and weather conditions.

Umbrelas. Umbrellas are provided in the outdoor areas, mainly near sunbeds by the pools, offering guests shade and additional comfort during their visit.

Shop. An on-site shop offers a range of swimming accessories and essentials, including swimsuits, goggles, towels, and other aquatic gear. Conveniently located within the facility, it makes it easy for visitors to purchase any items they may need during their visit.

Medical services. Guest safety is a top priority, with first aid services available on-site. Lifeguards are stationed throughout the facility to provide assistance in case of emergencies.

Hygienics. To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, strict hygiene standards are upheld. Guests are required to use the toilets and take a thorough shower without swimwear before entering the pools. This helps maintain high water quality and cleanliness throughout the facility.
